One of NESPOA's most important functions is to monitor the development projects, in the area. Each construction project has to go through some level of city review. A developer must file a project case application with the city to begin this process. NESPOA monitors the cases that are submitted for our area, and makes sure that our members that live on the surrounding properties are kept informed throughout the process. NESPOA will work with member property owners to interface with the developer and the city's agencies, commissions and council.
