Dear NESPOA Member,

The North East Scottsdale Property Owners Association (NESPOA) would like to thank you for your dedicated community involvement in the past year. NESPOA membership has led the way to make Northeast Scottsdale residents more informed and involved in local residential issues.

NESPOA assisted with a number of cases in 2004 with individual homeowners/HOA’s to ensure that all Northeast Scottsdale residents received equal representation at our Scottsdale City Hall:

  • Findlay 80 acre property at the NEC of 136th St. and Shea Blvd.
  • Vista Collina development at 134th St. north of Via Linda.
  • Sienna Hills at the SEC of Gail and 124th St.
  • Viente Del Este at the NEC of 124th and Via Linda.
  • Office condominiums located east of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. and north of Shea Blvd.
  • Sahuaro Estates at the SEC of 128th St. and Shea Blvd.
  • McDowell Mountain Church at the NWC of Shea Blvd. and 124th St.
  • NESPOA is against the General Plan change to rezone from R-143 (1 acre) to Service Residential (commercial) for the NEC of 124th St. and Shea Blvd. and the location south of Shea Blvd. at 110th St., next to the Qwest building.

NESPOA would like to thank everyone that participated in these City of Scottsdale cases. NESPOA will continue work to make Northeast Scottsdale a more desirable place to live.

Continue to monitor our web site at NESPOA.ORG for the latest information on zoning activities that involve Northeast Scottsdale residents. Send questions through our contact point at the bottom of any web page.

Sincerely,
Dennis Rodrigues
President
NESPOA
